What does "N/A" mean in the column of a product table?
When you see "N/A" in the column of any product table on this site it simply means that those counts are currently not available. It does not mean that you will not get that information in that particular product. All of our products have every data field available. Some counts tend to fluctuate constantly. In these cases, we put "N/A" or Not Available in that field. If you would like an exact count before ordering, simply call us at 847-864-7000 to speak with a live representative.

What do counts differ for directories and databases?
Counts may differ for directories and databases since directories are printed one time annually and databases are created per order with the freshest data available. For the same reason, the counts you receive on your database may differ than what is advertised on this site. Every day new companies are added and out-of-business companies are removed from our database. Therefore, counts are subject to change at anytime.

Do you accept International Orders?
The MNI website welcomes orders shipping to addresses in the U.S., Canada, possessions and territories of the United States, as well as orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses. International orders or requests for quotes can only be placed by customers that call via voice telephone to +001-847-864-7000. No international orders or order requests will be accepted by facsimile, postal mail, email, or the MNI Web site. Please contact MNI's sales department for rates, restrictions, and other arrangements for international orders.

In other words, when you attempted to add items to your shopping cart your request did register. However, the screen that was displayed is from the cached memory in your computer. This problem can be solved by clicking the "Refresh" or "Reload" button on the top navigation bar of your browser.

What is your return policy?
Print directories can be returned within 10 days of purchase. We'll refund your money, credit your account, or send a replacement, excluding shipping & handling charges. Sorry, CD-ROM and other electronic products are NOT returnable.

Why are CD-ROM and other electronic products not returnable to MNI?
Every CD-ROM and electronic product we ship is made custom for every order. Also, unlike print directories, the information within the products can be very easily exported into another system.

I saw an advertised price in a MNI print ad, but it's a different price on your Web site.
Prices in the information industry can fluctuate quickly. The prices on our Web site are updated in real time, but print ads are prepared ahead of time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

I saw a product advertised in your catalog and can't find where to order it on your Web site.
Some products featured in our printed catalog can not be ordered online. For these products, please call 847-864-7000 and we will gladly accept your order by phone.

Is my order subject to state sales tax?
Only orders for print directories shipped to Illinois addresses are subject to state sales tax.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
The shipping cost is $8.95 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item you order. This charge is valid as long as items are shipped within the U.S.

Does MNI ship on weekends?
We do not ship orders on weekends. Orders that have not shipped by Friday afternoon will ship on Monday morning.

How can I find out my UPS Tracking Number?
We do not release tracking information for security reasons.

Is express shipping available?
